What used to be an Old Mushroom Farm shed has been transformed into a modern venue designed for stimulating interaction and special events with that certain something.
& Kin can host up to 112 people. In three separate spaces you can hold a spectacular dinner party, put on an unforgettable show or meet for important company functions with an outstanding value on 213 m2.
The Lobby, with a face of glass and steel, leads you into the & Kin building. An intimate segue where guests can mingle before the main event. The Auditorium is a spacious hall with a double volume ceiling- perfect for bigger congregations. The Conservatory is a stunning greenhouse made of glass and steel.
Enjoy an ambience at & Kin characteristic of the Old Mushroom Farm- thanks to visionary architect Nick Crooks. Nostalgic masonry combined with modern steel and glass elements form a stimulating whole. A mix of vintage and modern furnishings, as well as furniture designed in-house for & Kin, lead the creative direction within the industrial architectural style.

PLAYHOUSE 5

Playhouse 5 is a 124 m2 converted mushroom growing tunnel with a curved ceiling, smooth screed floor, wash/hand basin, and double doors on either end.
A novel setting surrounded by a spacious lawn area, situated alongside the conveniences of The Old Mushroom Farm restaurants, coffee shops and gardens.
Playhouse 5 is perfect for live music, performing arts, workshops or private functions.

Venue pricing varies depending on the type of event, your requirements and expectations.
For example, shows would be charged per ticket sold, kids parties would be a venue fee, conferences would be charged per person attending.

Cancelation Policy
7 days or less before event date: Retention: 100% of invoiced amount.
8-14 days before event date: Retention: 100% of the deposit.
15-21 days before event date: Retention: 50% of the deposit.
20-30 days before event date: Retention: 25% of the deposit.
30 days or more before event date: Reimbursement: 100% of the deposit.
